Club Registration Requirements

  • All Club registration packages must be submitted to the BCLA office on or before 4:00pm October 10thFailure to comply with said dates will result in the offending Association to be fined $250.00, and another $250.00 for each additional seven-day period that the registration forms are not received.
  • Please address all packages to the PCFLL (not the BCLA), attention: PCFLL Registrar.
  • Each package must contain the following:
    • an official BCLA database generated alphabetized Master List of all players registered;
    • an official BCLA database generated alphabetized list of all registered players for each Division, broken down into each team, along with applicable registration cards, including the signed Insurance Waiver Agreement (if you do not utilize on line registration) for each player;
    • one cheque payable to the PCFLL (not the BCLA) for team registration which equals total number of club teams x $20.00 per team;
      • for Youth Divisions:
        one cheque payable to the PCFLL (not the BCLA) for player registration which equals the number of registered players x $49.00 per player; and
      • for Female Division:
        one cheque payable to the PCFLL (not the BCLA) for player registration which equals the number of registered players x $49.00 per player.
    • Youth and Female divisions cheques must be submitted separately, i.e. if the club has youth and female teams, it will be submitting four (4) separate cheques.
